Have at least 8 years of Software Engineering experience.
Have at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing or embedded roles.
Have hands-on experience designing and deploying production AI/LLM solutions.
Have strong backend skills in Python, Node.js, or Java.
Have frontend experience, particularly with React or Angular.
Know REST APIs or GraphQL and distributed systems architecture.
Have practical knowledge of LLM tools and frameworks, including LangChain, Semantic Kernel, prompt chaining, Vector Search, and context management.
Have experience integrating language models with business systems.
Be able to independently design, build, and deploy complete AI solutions.
Be able to understand customer business needs and make architectural decisions.
Be able to create scalable, reusable solutions.
Have English proficiency at C1 level.

Work with strategic enterprise customers to identify opportunities to use AI and GenAI in business processes.
Design and develop production applications powered by LLMs.
Build end-to-end solutions spanning backend, frontend, APIs, integrations, and AI pipelines.
Design AI-native system architectures and make key technology decisions.
Develop solutions on the Now Platform and integrate language models with customer systems, including legacy systems.
Use LangChain, Semantic Kernel, RAG, Vector Search, and prompt engineering in solution development.
Lead deployments independently and test and optimize solutions in production environments.
Maintain the performance, security, reliability, and monitoring of developed systems.
Create reusable libraries, SDKs, templates, and architectural patterns.
Share deployment learnings with product and platform teams and contribute to AI platform development.
