Requirements
- Have 4–6+ years leading growth, or reporting to the head of growth, for a high-growth consumer or DTC brand.
- Bring deep technical media-buying experience and a direct history managing substantial budgets across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Have experience connecting DTC paid acquisition with physical retail and marketplaces such as Amazon and TikTok Shop.
- Have advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modeling, cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and unit economics.
- Be an autonomous, self-directed operator able to establish measurement frameworks without micromanagement.
- Communicate professionally and fluently in English.
- Be fully available during US Eastern Standard Time hours.
Responsibilities
- Own customer acquisition, retention, LTV, and blended marketing efficiency across DTC, retail, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
- Build full-funnel growth roadmaps and allocate monthly and quarterly budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google, and retail media networks.
- Use geo-targeted campaigns, local promotions, and retail media activations to accelerate in-store sell-through.
- Use store velocity data to build the business case for new retail doors.
- Lead and coordinate Performance Marketing, Lifecycle/CRM, Graphic Design, and Community Management functions.
- Turn attribution data into insights and lead weekly executive performance meetings covering pacing, MER, CAC, repeat purchase rates, and door performance.
- Use AI and automation tools to accelerate analysis, competitive research, and testing.
