Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects or programs within Product, Technology, Operations, or related environments.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining execution discipline and stakeholder alignment.
- Influence outcomes and drive accountability across teams without direct authority.
- Bring strong project planning, risk management, dependency management, and governance experience.
- Demonstrate communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and bring structure to complex initiatives.
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through completion against agreed objectives, timelines, and outcomes.
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
- Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, decisions, and governance processes.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications, status reporting, and executive updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Support planning, prioritization, capacity discussions, and sequencing of work across teams.
- Improve project delivery practices, operating rhythms, and cross-functional collaboration.
