Have extensive professional experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Consultant.
Bring strong working knowledge of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, systems, and operational processes.
Have advanced proficiency in GDS Sabre.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrate strong customer service and client relationship management abilities.
Be able to understand and consistently apply corporate travel policies.
Have excellent problem-solving skills and manage travel requests accurately and efficiently.
Be adaptable and flexible to work assigned schedules, potentially including evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Research, arrange, and confirm travel reservations according to customer requirements.
Apply client-specific travel policies when making recommendations and bookings.
Advise customers on travel regulations and requirements, including DOT, TSA, passport, and visa regulations.
Provide accurate information about low fares, ticket exchange costs, penalties, and other travel conditions.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and strengthen commercial relationships with clients.
Recommend practical improvements to service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about developments, regulations, and trends across supported travel industries.
Communicate proactively with clients to address their travel needs.
