Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, GIS, Management, or a related field.
- Professional experience in management analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement.
- Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and structured business information.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare clear written reports, procedures, and presentations.
- Ability to meet applicable client access requirements.
- Preferred: experience supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs.
- Preferred: familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or other GIS applications.
- Preferred: experience working with government agencies or large enterprise organizations.
- Preferred: knowledge of data quality practices, metadata, and data management standards.
- Preferred: proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Review business processes, procedures, and datasets to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Analyze real property and related business information collected from multiple data sources.
- Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures, process documentation, reports, and user guidance.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities to improve information accuracy and consistency.
- Review data structures and information models to enhance data organization, accessibility, and usability.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, performance metrics, and recommendations based on analytical findings.
- Collaborate with analysts, GIS professionals, technical teams, and client stakeholders to coordinate activities and support project objectives.
- Contribute to improvements in data management practices and business operations.
