Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Have at least 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and experience developing backend applications, APIs, and system integrations.
- Have experience building and deploying AI- or LLM-powered applications, including agentic workflows, tool calling, and AI-driven automation interacting with external systems.
- Understand software architecture, REST APIs, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and system integration principles.
- Have practical experience working with LLM APIs and integrating AI models into applications and business systems.
- Be familiar with AWS or Google Cloud Platform, databases, SQL, version control, and modern software development and deployment practices.
- Have experience developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining production applications, with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to take ownership of technical projects, work independently, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: experience with MCP, AI agent frameworks, conversational AI, voice AI, or real-time automation.
- Preferred: familiarity with FastAPI, asynchronous programming, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
- Preferred: experience with LLM orchestration, RAG, AI evaluation frameworks, or model performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications, APIs, and software services.
- Build agentic AI solutions, including intelligent agents and automated workflows that interact with systems and execute business processes.
- Develop integrations between internal applications, third-party platforms, AI services, and external tools using Python, REST APIs, webhooks, and MCP.
- Integrate and orchestrate LLMs, AI agents, and external services in automation workflows.
- Evaluate and optimize AI models and service providers for accuracy, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Build, test, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications and system integrations.
- Implement safeguards, error handling, and automated testing to support application quality and operational reliability.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Manage technical deliverables from solution design and development through implementation and ongoing optimization.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and evaluate technologies and opportunities to improve platforms, systems, and workflows.
