Requirements
- Have 1.5–4 years of software engineering experience, including hands-on development of applications powered by large language models.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and the ability to build reliable, maintainable applications.
- Have practical experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent platforms.
- Be familiar with frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Have experience developing AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, or LLM-powered workflows.
- Have experience connecting applications with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
- Understand deployment and maintenance of AI applications, including monitoring, logging, exception handling, and output reliability.
- Have excellent written and spoken English and be comfortable communicating directly with US-based clients and technical stakeholders.
- Be able to independently own a defined problem, make technical decisions, and deliver a working solution from discovery to production.
- Bring strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and understanding unfamiliar business processes.
- Experience in fintech, lending, mortgage, or other document-intensive industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with OCR, intelligent document processing, or document AI solutions is a plus.
- Experience evaluating LLM outputs and exposure to production monitoring and performance optimization for AI applications are pluses.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, operational teams, and domain experts to understand processes, systems, challenges, and automation opportunities.
- Translate business problems into technical requirements, success criteria, and implementation plans.
- Build and deploy LLM-based agents and intelligent workflows to automate operational tasks and process information.
- Connect AI solutions with client applications, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
- Implement conversation history, logging, monitoring, exception handling, human review, and escalation mechanisms.
- Deploy solutions to users, monitor performance, resolve issues, and make improvements based on operational feedback.
- Measure performance using processing time, accuracy, manual effort reduction, and team productivity.
- Own projects from problem identification through development, deployment, maintenance, and continuous enhancement.
