Have at least 5 years of professional fullstack software development experience building, maintaining, and scaling web applications.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 5+, and ASP.NET Web API.
Have strong experience designing scalable backend architectures and RESTful services.
Demonstrate expertise in React.js, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, React Hooks, and Context API.
Have experience with frontend state management tools such as Redux or Zustand.
Have hands-on Microsoft SQL Server experience, including schema design, indexing, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Understand Git, automated CI/CD pipelines, software testing, and cloud-native development environments.
Have knowledge of software architecture, clean code principles, performance optimization, automated testing, and technical documentation.
Have experience participating in code reviews, mentoring developers, and collaborating in distributed, cross-functional teams.
Be proactive and autonomous, able to make technical decisions, troubleshoot complex issues, manage technical debt, and navigate unfamiliar codebases.
Have advanced written and spoken English proficiency for real-time collaboration with US-based clients and teams.
Be currently based in Latin America and available for a fully remote engagement aligned with US-based teams.

Lead development and continuous improvement of enterprise web applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 5+, and React.js.
Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET Web APIs and integration layers.
Build reusable frontend components and responsive interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, React Hooks, Context, and state management tools.
Manage Microsoft SQL Server schema design, stored procedures, indexing, and query performance.
Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines in cloud-native environments, primarily using Microsoft Azure.
Improve application performance, scalability, maintainability, and security, and address technical debt.
Conduct code reviews, establish engineering practices, and create technical documentation.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and collaborate with distributed engineering teams.
Work with US-based client stakeholders and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
