Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar data-driven role.
- Experience in a software or technology organization is preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into business and product insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess priorities and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product backlog, keeping priorities aligned with business objectives and product strategy.
- Prioritize user stories, defects, and technical debt based on business value, customer needs, stakeholder input, and development capacity.
- Refine backlog items and translate business requirements and product vision into clear user stories and testable acceptance criteria.
- Break down epics and larger initiatives into development stories, defining functionality, workflows, business rules, and edge cases.
- Collaborate with Developers, QA Analysts, UX Designers, and Architects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clarification and decision-making support during development.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Review completed functionality, support QA validation, and participate in User Acceptance Testing before release.
- Support release planning and readiness, and contribute to product documentation, release notes, and training materials.
- Coordinate feature demonstrations and stakeholder reviews to support product adoption.
