Job Details

Bring proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a digital marketing, creative, or web design agency.
Demonstrate proficiency in Figma and other relevant UI design and prototyping tools.
Apply UX/UI principles to develop user-centered design solutions.
Know responsive and mobile-first design principles and design for multiple devices and screen sizes.
Contribute versatile graphic, editorial, and other creative design work.
Have basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
Understand website development trends, technologies, and modern digital design practices.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and polished interface designs.
Balance visual aesthetics and functionality with strong attention to detail.
Explain design choices in internal and client-facing meetings.
Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, project managers, and creative leadership.
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

Collaborate with creative leadership, project managers, designers, and developers to understand project objectives, user needs, and design requirements.
Develop wireframes and translate concepts into responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
Design and improve website pages to support seamless navigation and engaging experiences across devices.
Apply responsive and mobile-first design principles across different screen sizes.
Maintain UI design systems aligned with brand guidelines and established design patterns.
Create interactive prototypes and user flows to communicate and validate design concepts and functionality.
Produce graphic and editorial designs for social media, display advertisements, and email campaigns.
Present and explain design decisions, and communicate project progress while organizing workloads to meet deadlines.
