Have 2+ years of experience working with SaaS platforms, integrations, or automation in a modern IT or engineering environment.
Have experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
Be comfortable building automation with Python, Shell scripting, or similar languages.
Have experience with identity and access systems such as Okta or similar platforms.
Be organized and able to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
Be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across IT, Security, and Engineering.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving technical needs.

Design, build, and maintain integrations between internal systems and SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
Develop automation and workflows for system provisioning, access management, and cross-platform data synchronization.
Use APIs, scripting, and automation tools to connect systems and streamline operational processes.
Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and IT teams on identity, access, and security-related integrations.
Research, evaluate, and implement integration solutions for technical and operational challenges.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the reliability of integrations across connected systems.
Work with third-party vendors and platform providers to configure and support integrations.
Document integration architecture, workflows, and system dependencies.
Contribute to improvements in system architecture, automation, and operational efficiency.
