Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Bring a strong passion for improving user experience.
- Have experience building and launching interactive products.
- Be familiar with agile product development methodologies.
- Demonstrate creativity, drive, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Have strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work effectively across all levels and collaborate cross-functionally to motivate teams toward a shared goal.
- Bring analytical skills and curiosity to support data-driven decision-making.
- Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Reside in Istanbul.
Responsibilities
- Support the product roadmap from concept to launch.
- Collaborate as part of an agile scrum team.
- Assist with cross-team execution of new features and optimization of existing features.
- Partner with Design, UX Research, and Operations to enhance customer experience.
- Communicate product updates and strategy with internal stakeholders and executives.
- Contribute to defining, tracking, and communicating clear success metrics.
