Have 7+ years of experience in software Quality Assurance or test engineering, with a strong emphasis on test automation.
Be fluent in Mandarin.
Have hands-on automation development experience using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
Have experience designing, developing, or substantially owning a test automation framework.
Have practical experience with performance and load testing tools such as k6, JMeter, Locust, or Gatling.
Have strong experience testing APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
Have experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Be familiar with Agile software development and cross-functional collaboration.
Be able to understand complex transactional or financial business logic and translate it into testing strategies.
Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in cryptocurrency, trading, exchange platforms, payments, or other financial technology systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with wallet and custody solutions or blockchain integrations is an advantage.
Practical experience using AI or large language model tools to improve software testing is an advantage.

Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for features and software changes, including test scoping, risk assessment, coverage, and release readiness.
Design, develop, and maintain automated API, UI, integration, and regression tests; improve reliability and reduce flaky tests.
Plan and execute load, stress, and performance tests for high-risk transactional workflows, including order processing, matching and settlement, balances, deposits, and withdrawals.
Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and communicate actionable recommendations to engineering teams.
Use AI-powered tools to accelerate test generation, result analysis, and defect triage, and share effective practices with the team.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates.
Lead testing for complex features and high-severity changes, providing evidence-based release recommendations.
Own test automation architecture, including frameworks, test data, and test environments.
Mentor QA engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and pairing sessions.
Track and report quality metrics, and communicate quality concerns and release risks to the Director and stakeholders.
