Job Details

Have 7+ years of relevant design experience working on B2B or enterprise software products.
Ideally have designed tools and services for developers or other highly technical users.
Provide a portfolio of effective designs for complex products delivered in a fast-paced environment.
Have experience conducting qualitative research in complex fields and understanding users' needs and pain points.
Balance business goals, product priorities, customer feedback, research insights, and technical considerations in design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations and time zones to iteratively ship and evolve products.
Demonstrate attention to detail and willingness to learn a complex technical product space.
Have experience working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment with transparency and autonomy.

Design clear ways for customers to understand and explore how their systems connect.
Translate research and data into experiences that are easy to digest and reduce complexity.
Tailor experiences to different target audiences and user perspectives.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, technical writing, GTM, and Product Design colleagues.
Balance business priorities, customer needs, and technical considerations when prioritizing work.
Document user needs, pain points, design directions, UX trade-offs, and detailed feature designs.
Conduct research and contribute to qualitative and quantitative research initiatives with researchers, collaborators, customers, and the Grafana user community.
