- Have an interest in software engineering, data, or technology careers.
- Have some experience with programming, software development, or data tools.
- Be motivated to learn and solve problems.
- Have strong communication and time management skills.
- Be a team player.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced engineers, product managers, and analysts.
- Follow a structured training path during the fellowship.
- Contribute to internal tools, prototypes, or real-world client challenges, depending on experience and interests.
- Gain exposure to data engineering and analysis.
- Gain exposure to cloud-native applications and DevSecOps.
- Learn about low-code/no-code platforms such as Palantir Foundry.
- Collaborate with Agile teams and modern development workflows.
