- Have practical experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the startup industry.
- Bring strong analytical skills.

- Be comfortable working independently and tackling ambitious projects.
- Be curious, convincing, and reflective.
- Enjoy communicating with startup founders and team members.
- Be passionate about the startup industry and venture capital.
- Have full working proficiency in German and English.
- Be available for a 4–6 month internship starting in October 2026.
Responsibilities
- Source promising pre-seed startups through various channels.
- Lead initial screening calls with startup founders independently.
- Manage incoming startup applications and communicate with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support startups through the investment process, from sourcing and due diligence to completed investment.
- Take part in Investment Committee meetings.
- Research various topics in depth and present findings to the team.
- Support the investor relations team with inquiries and projects.
- Assist the Partners with portfolio support activities.
