- Have proficiency in Vietnamese and English at a proficient, bilingual, or native level.
- Have a steady wired internet connection.

- Use Windows 10 or macOS.
- Have 1+ years of interpreting experience; this is desirable.
- Bring strong listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
- Have high emotional intelligence and tolerance of diverse cultures.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally and follow the Interpreter’s code of conduct.
- Use vocabulary specific to healthcare and medical interpreting.
- Participate in internal professional training.
- Communicate with and report to a team leader.
