Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a relationship management role.
- FinTech or banking environment experience is preferred.
- Banking operations or treasury experience is preferred.
- Ability to understand end-to-end processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for developing collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to have crucial conversations with clients.
- Patient, diplomatic, and collaborative approach.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with clients after integration.
- Maintain knowledge of banking and treasury management products to address client queries and offer solutions.
- Conduct periodic client check-ins and lead quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Understand client needs and advocate for roadmap and product solutions.
- Manage escalations and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Encourage adoption of new features among existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to meet client needs and share feedback.
- Create standard operating procedures.
