Have at least 7 years of IT industry experience, including collaboration with clients abroad.
Have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis or product management.
Have hands-on experience with U.S. Pre-Tax or tax-advantaged employee benefits products.
Have experience with claims, reimbursements, expense eligibility, substantiation, adjudication, and supporting documentation workflows.
Understand the software development lifecycle and Agile product delivery.
Know business analysis activities and techniques, and the requirements lifecycle.
Have experience with requirements management tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
Have strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including using data and customer feedback to support product decisions.
Be able to define product success metrics and evaluate the impact of released functionality.
Be able to represent information graphically and understand complex interconnected product and operational flows.

Analyze the business, customer, and regulatory context of Pre-Tax benefits products, including HSA, FSA, and HRA.
Identify customer needs, pain points, product opportunities, and gaps between current and target product experiences.
Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for assigned Pre-Tax capabilities.
Define and track product KPIs and success metrics for key Pre-Tax journeys.
Use customer feedback, usage data, operational metrics, and market insights to inform prioritization and product decisions.
Define and manage solution scope, document requirements, and resolve requirements-related conflicts and issues.
Identify affected systems, actors, and departments, and define assumptions, constraints, and stakeholder communication plans.
Communicate product priorities, decisions, roadmap updates, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support release planning and milestone definition in line with delivery capacity and business priorities.
