Requirements
- Have experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or Product Development environment.
- Know the tax domain, taxation, or a related business area.
- Be able to independently gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Have experience collaborating with development teams and creating and maintaining backlogs.
- Be able to communicate with different stakeholder groups and lead challenging business discussions.
- Be able to prioritize topics and work effectively across parallel initiatives.
- Be proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Be able to quickly build domain knowledge and navigate new, complex areas.
- Understand that global product solutions need to be scalable, efficient, and usable across multiple markets.
- Be comfortable working in an international, multi-stakeholder environment.
- English proficiency: B2.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and meetings with business stakeholders and independently gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and backlogs for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage competing requirements and priorities.
- Analyze and optimize existing business processes.
- Support the design of solutions for global customers and multiple markets.
- Ensure solution consistency and alignment with business and tax requirements.
- Take ownership of the assigned product area.
- Work with stakeholders across countries, business units, and organizational areas.
