- Build production web applications with React.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Know how to write pure CSS; the team does not use CSS libraries such as Tailwind.
- Pay close attention to detail and avoid glossing over minor issues.
- Explain thoughts clearly, in an organized, concise, and accurate manner.
- Use AI for research, writing, coding, and testing while critically validating its outputs.
- Protect product reliability and user trust when using AI.
Responsibilities
- Build new customer features within a squad and own quality from design through production.
- Lead design discussions and share knowledge with web engineers.
- Improve tools and practices supporting web development across Qonto.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and other technology teams.
- Use AI to explore codebases, draft technical designs, prototype solutions, and accelerate delivery while applying human judgment and quality standards.
