Requirements
- Bring 4+ years of enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in SaaS or software.
- Demonstrate success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations.
- Be proficient in English and Italian; additional European languages are preferred.
- Engage technical teams, including architects and developers, as well as C-suite executives such as CIOs and CDOs.
- Have hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Apply ROI-based solutioning.
- Bring storytelling and presentation skills for diverse corporate environments.
- Use strong organizational skills to manage multiple strategic deals.
- Be willing to travel 25–30% across EMEA.
- Digital Experience Analytics or CXM platform experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies is preferred.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Guide technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from initial discovery to closing.
- Create tailored demonstrations and narratives that align Quantum Metric’s platform with business outcomes.
- Lead complex proof-of-concepts, defining success criteria and quantifying business value.
- Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
- Partner with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product and Engineering on post-sales onboarding.
- Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
