Requirements
- Have excellent Ukrainian and English skills, at least C1 in both spoken and written form.
- Have 2–3 years of experience in the tech service industry, ideally in account or project management.
- Have team management experience and strong leadership skills.
- Be able to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Have proven experience in long-term project planning.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Have negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Bring a mature and responsible attitude, an innovation mindset, and flexibility.
- Experience with AI, data labeling, or machine learning projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work simultaneously with clients from a diverse list of industries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain satisfaction and collaboration.
- Manage annotation teams to support smooth execution and timely project delivery.
- Monitor team discipline and support corporate culture within the team.
- Track key metrics for client requests and team performance, and identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Mediate and resolve client and annotator concerns or issues.
- Train annotation teams and supervisors.
