Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise supporting, maintaining, and debugging React applications.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Next.js web applications.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting Contentful configurations, content delivery, schemas, and content models.
- Experience with GitHub Actions automated builds, deployments, release checks, and CI/CD troubleshooting.
- Experience with production support, application troubleshooting, site reliability, and operational maintenance of enterprise platforms.
- Ability to trace and troubleshoot data flows between frontend applications, headless CMS platforms, and third-party APIs.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night-shift operations.
- Availability to manage platform support and escalations during assigned shift hours aligned with North American business hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support for digital platforms during North American business hours.
- Investigate and resolve escalated website issues, production incidents, and platform stability problems.
- Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and debug React and Next.js web applications.
- Investigate Contentful configurations, schemas, content models, and content delivery issues.
- Monitor GitHub Actions deployment workflows, troubleshoot failures, and validate releases.
- Diagnose third-party integration issues involving platforms such as Bazaarvoice, PriceSpider, and Salsify.
- Validate API responses, integration configurations, and data exchanges between connected platforms.
- Document incident findings and resolutions, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate escalations and handovers with content publishing teams, vendors, and regional teams.
