Requirements

Have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience with Python.
Bring experience with Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Have solid database experience, preferably with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
Experience with Elasticsearch and MongoDB is considered an asset.
Be familiar with JavaScript and at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
Have experience with Docker and Git within a Linux environment.
Understand RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
A relevant degree or diploma is considered an asset.
Be fluent in spoken and written English.
Be prepared to work standard business hours based on either PST or EST.

Responsibilities

Write clean, efficient, scalable code primarily in Python.
Build and maintain web application components focused on performance, reliability, and security.
Design and implement backend systems and RESTful APIs.
Debug and resolve application issues.
Develop and maintain automated tests.
Contribute to code reviews and provide technical feedback.
Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Specialists, DevOps Engineers, and Front-End Developers across the product lifecycle.
Improve, monitor, and maintain applications after deployment.
Contribute to architectural and technical decisions for large-scale SaaS systems.
Identify opportunities to optimize code and processes.
