Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with demonstrated product or revenue impact.
- Bring expert SQL skills, including complex modeling, performance optimization, and clear documentation.
- Be proficient in Python or R for analysis, experimentation, and reproducible workflows.
- Have a strong grasp of statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, experiment design, causal thinking, and interpretation.
- Have experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau and building reliable, executive-ready dashboards.
- Communicate technical work clearly to non-technical audiences and manage stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects to uncover insights and optimization opportunities across the end-to-end customer journey.
- Support data analytics agent enablement through context engineering and data analysis.
- Design and analyze experiments, establishing best practices for test design, power, guardrails, and interpretation.
- Define, document, and maintain core funnel metrics, and build automated dashboards and reporting for leadership.
- Synthesize findings from disparate data sources into clear narratives with recommended actions.
- Develop data models and scalable analytical workflows to improve reliability, repeatability, and time-to-insight.
- Influence product and revenue leadership with data-backed recommendations and OKR tracking.
- Mentor junior analysts and scientists, and contribute to team standards for code quality and documentation.
