Job Details

Have 5+ years of analytics or data engineering experience.
Bring significant hands-on Snowflake experience, including Snowflake Scripting or stored procedures, tasks, dependencies, and streams.
Use strong SQL, including window functions, CTEs, and performance tuning.
Use Python for pipelines, API integrations, and data validation.
Have experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and EC2, or equivalent cloud services.
Have built ingestion for heterogeneous sources, including REST APIs, flat-file and S3 drops, Fivetran or similar connectors, and scraped or semi-structured data.
Have designed warehouses to absorb new business units or acquired data sets, including master data and entity mapping.
Have production experience building automation with LLMs or agent frameworks, including evaluation, logging, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Have built and published Tableau dashboards for business and finance audiences.
Have hands-on Tableau Server or Cloud administration experience, including row- and column-level security, user filters, entitlement tables, and data-source permissions.
Be able to deliver independently on fixed-term engagements with evolving requirements and priorities.
The engagement is a six-month independent-contractor project, with approximately 40 hours per week and required overlap with US Pacific business hours.

Refactor Snowflake pipelines and data models to support business growth, game and platform growth, and improved master data management.
Build marketing-data ingestion pipelines and join the data to sales data, with data-quality checks and monitoring.
Build agent-assisted workflows for month-end close, developer payments, recoup tracking, and seller statement validation.
Reconcile warehouse data to platform and partner statements and flag exceptions for human review.
Add row- and column-level permissioning across the Tableau dashboard suite using a single governed entitlement source.
Deliver production-deployed data models, pipelines, workflows, reconciliation reporting, and security controls with documentation.
Provide handover documentation and knowledge-transfer sessions so the Balor Games team can operate and maintain the delivered work.
