Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in account management or project management.
- Bring experience managing enterprise-level clients and navigating large corporate organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Have strong project management and negotiation skills.
- Have experience handling contract reworks or commercial conversations.
- Bring a background in growth marketing, performance marketing, or creative agencies.
- Communicate excellently in written and spoken English.
- Existing knowledge of ASO, app marketing, or mobile growth is a plus.
- Business development or experience scoping new client work is a plus.
- Be comfortable giving client-facing presentations to senior audiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise-level US clients end-to-end, from strategy to delivery to renewals.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, serving as a go-to contact for client needs.
- Run status meetings, manage scopes, track details, and coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Facilitate client roadmap development and provide consultative guidance.
- Navigate large corporate organizations and manage multiple internal stakeholders.
- Identify account growth opportunities and help build proposals with the delivery team.
- Lead quarterly contract conversations and handle commercial discussions.
