Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in account management or project management.
- Bring experience managing enterprise-level clients and navigating large corporate organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Have strong project management and negotiation skills.
- Have experience handling contract reworks or commercial conversations.
- Have a background in growth marketing, performance marketing, or creative agencies.
- Bring a consultative mindset and the ability to ask relevant questions.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Existing knowledge of ASO, app marketing, or mobile growth is a plus.
- Experience with business development or scoping new client work is a plus.
- Be comfortable giving client-facing presentations to senior audiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise-level US clients from strategy through delivery and renewals.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, serving as a go-to contact for strategic discussions.
- Run status meetings, manage scopes, track details, and coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Facilitate client roadmap development and provide consultative guidance.
- Navigate complex corporate organizations and manage multiple stakeholders to keep projects moving.
- Lead quarterly contract conversations and handle renewals.
- Identify account growth opportunities and build proposals alongside the delivery team.
- Represent Phiture in meetings with senior client leaders.
