Requirements
- Have 5+ years in project or delivery management at product IT companies.
- Have 2+ years leading projects involving three or more teams.
- Have a track record of delivering complex, multi-month projects with significant technical dependencies.
- Have experience with B2B or B2B2C products used by business clients in their daily operations.
- Understand the software development lifecycle, from discovery and system analysis through technical design, development, testing and release.
- Have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Have experience managing risks, dependencies and escalations.
- Be confident using YouTrack, Jira or similar tools, as well as Confluence.
- Communicate clearly and in a structured way in writing, including status reports, project documentation and decision logs.
- Have English at B2+ level; project communication takes place in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-team projects end to end, from planning to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Align dependencies, priorities and timelines across product, engineering and business teams.
- Build project plans, track progress and keep stakeholders informed.
- Identify risks and blockers early; resolve or escalate them as needed.
- Coordinate launches with business teams to ensure smooth releases for clients.
- Run kickoffs, syncs, status updates, announcements and retrospectives.
- Improve delivery processes and mentor less experienced project and delivery managers.
