Requirements
- Have at least 8 years of experience leading IT projects.
- Have experience as a Senior Project Manager or Development Manager.
- Know the software development and deployment lifecycle.
- Have practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum or related methodologies.
- Have experience managing project budgets, schedules and scope.
- Have experience delivering projects in a corporate environment.
- Be able to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Work independently, take responsibility and manage change.
- Banking or financial-sector experience is welcome.
- PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or Scrum certifications are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate IT projects using the adopted project management methodology.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, scope and risks.
- Coordinate collaboration between business and IT teams.
- Manage project changes and dependencies between teams.
- Organize and lead project meetings, workshops and steering committees.
- Report project status to sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Oversee acceptance and deployment of solutions to production environments.
- Ensure project activities comply with security requirements and organizational standards.
