Requirements
- Have at least 6 years of professional web development experience.
- Bring strong expertise in Drupal, PHP, C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, and service-oriented or event-driven architectures.
- Have at least 2 years of hands-on Drupal experience, including maintenance, troubleshooting, database management, and version upgrades.
- Have at least 2 years of professional PHP development experience; Drupal customization, module development, and maintenance are preferred.
- Have practical experience using AI- and LLM-powered tools for software development activities.
- Have experience designing and developing complex web applications, high-volume systems, and large-scale data processing solutions.
- Understand software architecture patterns, scalable system design, clean coding principles, and maintainable web services.
- Be able to manage technical deliverables independently from investigation through implementation and testing.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams.
- Be able to manage competing priorities, take ownership of technical challenges, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Experience with Drupal 11 upgrades, platform migrations, and custom module development is a plus.
- Experience with React.js or Angular is a plus, with a preference for React.
- Experience building AI agents and integrating LLM-based capabilities into production applications is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, modernize, and support Drupal platforms, including upgrades, security patches, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
- Design, develop, and scale backend services using C#, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and service-oriented or event-driven architectures.
- Build and enhance frontend applications using React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Develop high-performance web applications for high-traffic environments and large-scale data processing.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot for coding, debugging, testing, and engineering efficiency.
- Develop AI agents using LLMs and contribute to AI/ML-powered product features.
- Monitor and resolve production issues, contribute to incident response, and improve system resilience.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices.
- Participate in technical and architectural reviews and promote clean code and engineering practices.
