Requirements
- Have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Be comfortable working across the stack.
- Have experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or funnel instrumentation, or a strong appetite to learn.
- Be comfortable with SQL and product analytics to identify funnel issues independently.
- Use AI coding tools to work faster without sacrificing quality.
- Work with marketing, product, and design, and use data to inform what to try next.
- Take initiative to identify opportunities, make the case for them, and follow through.
- Work tenaciously and move quickly when experiments do not improve results.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship landing pages, signup and onboarding flows, and paths that turn interest into activity on both sides of the marketplace.
- Run experiments end to end, from test setup and implementation to measurement, and stop experiments that do not work.
- Build and improve experimentation and feature-flagging infrastructure.
- Instrument the funnel to identify where people drop off and why, and make that information visible to the team.
- Build internal tooling and automations for growth and marketing work.
- Use AI coding tools to prototype and ship quickly while maintaining quality.
