Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, software testing, or related IT disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Experience leading quality assurance teams, automation engineers, or large-scale testing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium or other automation testing frameworks.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and DevOps environments, including their use in testing and project delivery.
- Experience developing and implementing quality management strategies and testing methodologies for complex IT programs.
- Strategic and critical thinking skills to evaluate challenges and design quality solutions.
- Project management and leadership capabilities, including coordinating teams, managing priorities, and driving results.
- Verbal and written communication skills for engaging technical professionals, business partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Healthcare technology or healthcare-related IT project experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
- Standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage automation engineers testing pharmacy-related IT projects.
- Oversee quality management and testing strategies for large-scale IT programs.
- Support the design and continuous improvement of quality management services, methodologies, and technical infrastructure.
- Establish testing frameworks, processes, and standards for enterprise-wide quality assurance.
- Use Selenium and other automation testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and reliability.
- Customize quality management methodologies to create scalable, cost-effective solutions aligned with business processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, business stakeholders, and executives to define quality objectives and support project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to optimize testing processes, resource allocation, and quality performance.
- Provide strategic guidance during project implementation and align testing activities with technical requirements and business goals.
- Communicate project progress, quality performance, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
