Job Details

Experience: 4-6+ years software engineering (product environments), ideally with 2+ years hands-on experience in shipping LLM/GenAI to production

Have 4–6+ years of software engineering experience in product environments.
Ideally have 2+ years of hands-on experience shipping LLM/GenAI to production.
Have production experience with Python and FastAPI, including async, dependency injection, and testing.
Be comfortable integrating with TypeScript/Node.
Have built APIs with REST/GraphQL and at least one streaming pattern: SSE or WebSocket.
Have experience with embedding stores, chunking strategies, reranking, hybrid search, prompt tooling, templates, and guardrails.
Be familiar with structured logging, tracing, metrics, experiment/evaluation tooling, and offline/online A/B tests.
Have experience with data ingestion and pipelines, including schema validation, PII handling, backfills, and scheduled jobs.
Be familiar with MCP, agent frameworks, tool design, constrained execution, and safe planning.
Be able to work effectively in the CET timezone.
Have a track record of owning services end-to-end, from design and implementation through rollout, monitoring, and iteration.
Collaborate with Mobile, Backend, and Ops (Dev/LLM).

Own end-to-end delivery of production-ready LLM services.
Build and operate core AI systems that power the platform.
Design, implement, roll out, monitor, and iterate on services.
Build systems that turn complex data into fast, reliable, and grounded recommendations.
Collaborate with Mobile, Backend, and Ops (Dev/LLM).
