Requirements
- Have 6–8 years of experience in data analytics, payments risk, and fraud.
- Bring very strong SQL and Python skills and proficiency with analytical tools.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze large, complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Show experience owning ambiguous problem spaces and translating them into analytical frameworks and measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrate the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Fintech experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and evolution of risk frameworks across digital payments, with a focus on guest fraud.
- Design, develop, and own fraud and risk metrics for decision-making, performance measurement, and strategy.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Risk Operations to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions.
- Evaluate, integrate, and manage external data sources for risk detection and decisioning.
- Define data requirements and partner with engineering to build and maintain production-grade data pipelines.
- Set best practices for measurement and risk modelling in fraud analytics.
