Requirements
- Have 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence projects.
- Have 2 years of experience implementing autonomous agents or co-pilots.
- Be fluent in technical English.
- Have experience working with vector stores and RAG architectures.
- Handle frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
- Have a solid command of Python.
- Have experience with FastAPI, asyncio, Pydantic, and asynchronous architectures.
- Have experience leading collaboration and technical discussions across product, UX, data, and backend teams.
- Experience with business data in accounting, finance, payroll, billing, or ERP is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define, design, and supervise technical architecture for solutions based on intelligent agents and LLMs.
- Integrate frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent tools.
- Implement MCP and A2A architectures for multi-agent coordination and autonomous flows in business environments.
- Work with the MLOps team and execution environments to support continuous agent updating and deployment.
- Support agent memory management, context, and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with product, UX, data, and backend teams to map business needs to intelligent-agent architectures.
