- Have experience working in a remote-first environment.
- Be able to take direction and feedback from senior team members.
- Be willing to learn about the trucking industry and customers’ businesses and workflows.
- Show empathy for users and teammates.
- Be located in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Toro TMS’s transportation management software.
- Deliver features on a daily or weekly basis.
- Work with product management and UX counterparts.
- Meet with customers to learn about their businesses and workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teammates, including through pair programming.
