Have 4–8 years of professional experience in software engineering.
Bring strong hands-on expertise in Python backend development.
Have practical experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Be able to design and develop scalable APIs and backend services.
Have exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI applications, including model integrations, vector databases, embeddings, or document-processing systems.
Have hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based infrastructure.
Have experience using Docker and modern deployment pipelines.
Be familiar with distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and service-to-service communication.
Understand functional programming concepts and maintainable software design principles.
Be able to write clean, reusable, and testable code.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and take ownership of technical challenges.
Have professional-level English communication skills.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Develop backend services for document retrieval, processing pipelines, and AI/GenAI workflows.
Design and implement APIs integrating AI models, vector databases, embedding services, and other systems.
Build reusable Python components and services that integrate with AWS infrastructure.
Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker and modern deployment practices.
Implement asynchronous processing and distributed system components for scalable backend operations.
Build and maintain logging, metrics, tracing, and monitoring tools to track system performance and reliability.
Contribute to backend architecture, technical design, and engineering decisions.
Own backend systems through development, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and long-term maintenance.
Identify and resolve technical issues while improving system performance, scalability, and reliability.
