Job Details

Experience connecting HR, ATS, payroll, and EOR systems, including Workday, Deel, and Greenhouse.
Strong grasp of employee lifecycle events, organizational structures, and payroll cutoffs.
Experience with API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON/XML.
Experience with AWS, API Gateway, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and modern DevOps practices.
Experience with secure data exchange, including SFTP, certificate management, encryption, and API authentication.
Fluent in English.
German language skills are a welcome bonus.
Preferred experience with Workday Studio, PECI, Core Connectors, or EIBs.

Design, build, and maintain AWS-based integrations between Workday HRIS and internal and external systems.
Build and deploy integrations connecting HR, payroll, and workforce platforms, including Workday, Deel, and Greenhouse.
Architect and maintain event-driven and API-based workflows using AWS services such as EventBridge, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/Kubernetes, SQS, and S3.
Develop Python integration services, automation scripts, and data transformation and mapping logic.
Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code practices.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git and DevOps tools.
Implement secure integration pipelines, monitoring, logging, and error-handling mechanisms.
Collaborate with functional teams, HR, IT Infrastructure, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to translate business processes into integration solutions.
Troubleshoot and optimize integrations across development, testing, and production environments.
Provide technical guidance, best practices, and consulting to other developers.
