Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Have proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Work with technology and business stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively when addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices.
- Have a fundamental understanding of technologies used within ServiceNow, including JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases.
- Be familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Have experience creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines.
- Be fluent in Polish and English.
- Reside in Poland.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions.
- Translate user requirements into development specifications and support the development team.
- Design solutions that align with stakeholders’ requirements.
- Create and manage project and deliverable documentation.
- Establish technical requirements for the delivery team, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Supervise development progress and guide customers through the UAT phase.
- Manage production deployment.
- Train end-users on platform usability and implemented solutions.
