Requirements
- Have 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience.
- Have at least 2 years focused on AI/ML applications.
- Bring experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
- Have coding skills in Python.
- Have hands-on experience with AI frameworks and APIs.
- Have a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Be able to collaborate with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams.
- Be able to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision.
- Be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone.
- Be able to travel 20%.
- Nice to have experience in data science, machine learning, or data engineering; life sciences; application development platforms; regulated-industry software; or remote, cross-geography work with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop prototypes of AI product features for Veeva Labeling.
- Design and deliver production AI Agent applications, including data flow, orchestration, and prompts.
- Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
- Assist with AI Agent evaluations.
- Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.
