- At least 5 years of experience
Requirements
- Hold a CPA license.
- Have at least 5 years of experience.
- Have deep experience in at least one of CCH Axcess, UltraTax, Lacerte, Drake, or ProConnect.
- Be comfortable across individual and business returns, including partnerships and K-1s.
- Write clearly, including in documents and comments.
- Use strategic thinking to see beyond the return to the practice behind it.
- Take ownership of problems and follow them through to a fix.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and a small, fast-moving team.
- Build credibility with partners and preparers.
Responsibilities
- Set the standard for quality across everything Filed ships.
- Partner with product and engineering to decide what to build next, from document intake through tax planning.
- Work closely with customer firms to understand how they run their practices.
- Turn customer firms' practices into product direction.
- Work alongside the team of CPAs as a tax expert at the center of how Filed works.
