Requirements
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
- Have experience with high-volume project and data management.
- Demonstrate strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.

- Be intuitive, analytical, and creative.
- Work effectively as a team player.
Responsibilities
- Manage the project queue and set deadlines to meet KPIs and SLAs.
- Launch, track, and maintain products on assigned retailer websites.
- Use Excel templates, retailer portals, and PIM systems to meet requirements before product launches.
- Process specification, pricing, and imagery updates within documented time frames.
- Analyze retailer portal content, sales reports, and audits to identify optimization opportunities.
- Partner with the Brand Content team to communicate, update, and optimize retailer requirements.
- Populate or reformat option and imagery templates.
- Audit product page details against Excel or RS data and confirm displayed information and imagery.
- Create Box links, resize and rename images, and identify image counts.
- Conduct daily inventory outreach, audits, and maintenance for assigned retailers and brands.
- Perform ad hoc projects related to assortments and retailer requests.
