Requirements
- Build and evolve software architecture from the ground up for high-volume, distributed systems.
- Understand database design, evolution, and complex data modeling.
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs and understand system integration.
- Have experience with tools and practices for software monitoring, observability, and performance tracking.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and a focus on high-quality, data-driven software.
- Be fluent in Portuguese and have advanced English.
- Cloud service platform experience, such as AWS or GCP, is a plus.
- Knowledge of containers and orchestration, such as Kubernetes or Docker, is a plus.
- Understanding of event-driven architectures and message brokers, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, is a plus.
- Experience or strong interest in integrating applications with LLMs, AI agents, or heavy data pipelines is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient microservices for high-volume and high-concurrency environments.
- Participate in the architectural evolution of the platform and integrate backend systems with AI/LLM conversational capabilities and data ecosystems.
- Own the software development lifecycle from definition and development through testing, production, and maintenance.
- Create observability and take proactive actions on post-mortems.
- Reinforce software development practices and participate in code and design reviews.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers and share knowledge across teams.
