Requirements
- 10-12 years of delivery, program, or project management experience in analytics, data management, or data engineering.
- Experience managing large, global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of data management and data engineering ecosystems.
- Strong experience with AWS or other cloud data ecosystems, including Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or GCP.
- Hands-on familiarity with SQL and Python.
- Experience with Agile delivery and project management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with data clean room solutions, consent platforms, or DataOps practices such as data observability, data quality frameworks, lineage, incident management, and SLO/SLA governance.
- Experience delivering software or application development, including frontend, backend, API management, and design/UX collaboration.
- Familiarity with SDLC practices, including CI/CD.
- Demonstrated success in account mining, organic business development, and supporting revenue growth.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, including executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of analytics and data management engagements, meeting scope, timeline, quality, and cost targets.
- Establish delivery best practices, governance models, and execution frameworks across programs.
- Manage complex, multi-workstream programs involving data engineering, data platforms, and analytics solutions.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation plans.
- Advise senior client stakeholders and lead executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and roadmap discussions.
- Build, manage, and scale large, globally distributed teams.
- Mentor delivery managers, tech leads, and high-potential talent.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering leads on scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
- Identify account opportunities and partner on growth targets, proposals, and solution shaping.
- Lead opportunity mining, effort estimation, and delivery approach definition for new initiatives.
