Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and development.
- Hold Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications.
- Bring practical expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and relevant AppExchange solutions.
- Understand Salesforce architecture, data models, security models, automation tools, and integration capabilities.
- Have development skills using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Lightning App Builder.
- Have hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs and data management tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL platforms.
- Have experience delivering Salesforce development projects, including external-system integrations, and deploying changes across sandbox and production environments.
- Be able to troubleshoot production issues and work within incident and problem management processes.
- Be familiar with CRM software, relational database design, Contract Lifecycle Management solutions, and the sales cycle through contract lifecycle activities.
- Have solution architecture and design capabilities focused on scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Be familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira.
- Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that address business requirements and follow platform best practices.
- Implement solutions using Salesforce Flows, Lightning App Builder, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Build and maintain secure integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
- Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), and AppExchange solutions, including Contract Lifecycle Management and Introhive.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and support project delivery.
- Establish development standards and promote code quality and maintainable solution architecture.
- Develop and execute unit tests, participate in integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce incidents, production issues, and integration failures.
- Prepare technical documentation and support release deployments from development and sandbox environments into production.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in scheduled weekend release activities approximately once every three weeks.
