Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional experience as a Senior QA Test Analyst or in a similar software quality assurance role.
Practical experience with manual and automated software testing.
Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks, particularly Selenium.
Advanced proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr, Bugzilla, Mantis, Qase, and TestRail.
Understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, test case design, defect tracking, and quality assurance practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in collaborative development teams.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to investigating defects.
Communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage testing activities independently while collaborating with developers and other stakeholders.
Intermediate English proficiency.

Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, and cases based on product requirements and expected system behavior.
Execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality, reliability, and product quality.
Identify, document, report, and track bugs, defects, and system failures through resolution.
Collaborate with developers and team members to investigate issues, clarify requirements, and support timely fixes.
Participate in team meetings to discuss testing progress, priorities, risks, and quality expectations.
Support testing activities throughout the Agile sprint lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to improve QA methodologies, testing workflows, and quality standards.
Maintain organized testing documentation and traceability of test execution and defects.
