Experience: At least 4 years of full-time machine learning engineering experience after graduation.

Have at least 4 years of full-time machine learning engineering experience after graduation.
Have experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating machine learning models for production systems.
Have hands-on experience with OCR and document understanding.
Have experience with computer vision, vision-language models, or large language models.
Have strong Python skills.
Have experience building with machine learning tools and frameworks; Streamlit experience is relevant.
Have a background in a startup or another environment outside large technology companies.
Have practical ownership of models shipped to users.
Have strong computer science or engineering fundamentals.
Research publications in computer vision, vision-language models, or document understanding are a plus.

Build and deploy models for parsing and interpreting unstructured data.
Experiment with techniques to improve language model accuracy.
Develop tools to measure model results.
Create data pipelines and evaluate model performance.
Integrate models into the product.
Collaborate with company leadership and customers on product direction and engineering strategy.
