Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Have proficiency in React, Node.js, Express, Python, Django, or FastAPI.
- Have hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Gemini into applications.
- Have practical knowledge of prompt engineering, function calling, and API integrations.
- Have experience building AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, or automated workflows.
- Know RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and how to integrate internal business data.
- Have experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Have advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) and be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Have strong debugging, problem-solving, and independent remote-working skills.
- LangChain or LlamaIndex experience is listed as a plus.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone is listed as a plus.
- Experience deploying scalable AI-powered commercial applications is listed as a plus.
- Experience with AI agents, workflow automation, and business process optimization is listed as a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable front-end and back-end web applications.
- Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Gemini APIs into software to automate tasks and build intelligent agents or internal workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional AI-powered solutions.
- Implement data structures and pipelines, including basic RAG, to enable natural-language interaction with internal data.
- Maintain databases, troubleshoot bugs, and write clean, maintainable code.
